These Terms, along with mewt's business registration details and key purchase information (including cancellation rights, delivery responsibilities, and refund conditions), are made available on the website for easy reference. Where necessary, important information will be presented in a separate linked page or pop-up screen at the point of purchase.
mewt may amend these Terms within the limits permitted by applicable law, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Regulation of Terms and Conditions Act, the Electronic Financial Transaction Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, among others.
When amendments are made, mewt will post the updated Terms on the website with the effective date and the reason for change, at least 7 days before the effective date. If the change is unfavorable to customers, a minimum of 30 days' prior notice will be provided, with a clear comparison of the old and new provisions.
Amendments apply only to contracts concluded after the effective date. Contracts concluded before the effective date remain subject to the prior version of the Terms, unless the customer expressly requests application of the amended Terms within the notice period and mewt agrees.
Any matters not addressed in these Terms shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Regulation of Terms and Conditions Act, consumer protection guidelines issued by the Korea Fair Trade Commission, and other applicable laws and practices.
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 14 years of age. If you are under 14, you may not submit personal information or place an order without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Where mewt concludes a contract with a minor, the minor or their legal representative may cancel the contract if the required legal consent was not obtained.
mewt reserves the right to refuse service to any person at any time.
You may browse and shop on mewtwear.com as a guest without registering. Membership is available to those who wish to create an account. To register, complete the membership form and confirm your agreement to these Terms.

Membership takes effect when mewt's approval is received by the applicant. Members are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. mewt shall not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately at contact@mewtwear.com.
You may request to withdraw from membership at any time, and mewt will process the withdrawal without delay.
mewt may limit or suspend your membership if:
If the same violation occurs twice or is not remedied within 30 days, mewt may permanently terminate membership. Before doing so, mewt will notify the member and provide at least 30 days to respond and explain.
Notices from mewt to members will be sent to the contact information provided. For matters that significantly affect a member's transaction, individual notice will be sent directly. For general notices to all members, posting a notice on the mewt website for at least one week may serve as an alternative to individual notification.
All products are subject to availability. Product images and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible; however, actual colors and textures may vary slightly depending on your screen. mewt reserves the right to discontinue any product, limit order quantities, or refuse orders that appear fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, mewt will notify you promptly and, if payment has been made, will process a full refund within 3 business days of receiving payment.
mewt provides the following services through the website:
mewt may temporarily suspend services in the event of necessary maintenance, equipment failure, or interruption of communications infrastructure. Where such suspension causes demonstrable harm to customers, mewt will compensate accordingly, unless mewt can demonstrate the suspension was not caused by its fault or negligence.
In the event that mewt permanently ceases operations due to a change of business, business abandonment, or merger, mewt will notify customers through the channels specified in Section 7 and will compensate customers in accordance with terms previously communicated. If no standard of compensation was communicated, accumulated points or store credit will be returned in kind or in cash at equivalent value.
To place an order, you will be asked to provide the following information and complete the following steps:
A purchase contract is formed when mewt sends an order confirmation to the contact information provided at checkout. mewt reserves the right to decline an order if the information provided is false or incomplete, if payment authorization fails, or if there is a technical reason that prevents acceptance.
If a minor places an order, the minor or their legal representative may cancel the contract if the required parental or legal consent was not obtained.
You may request to change or cancel an order after receiving an order confirmation, provided the request is made before shipment. mewt will process such requests promptly. If payment has already been made, the refund provisions in Section 13 will apply.
Where mewt shares customer information with third-party service providers (such as delivery companies) in connection with order fulfillment, customers will be informed of the specific information shared, the recipient, the purpose, and the retention period at the time of purchase. Advance blanket consent will not be sought at registration.
All prices are listed in Korean Won (KRW) unless otherwise specified and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Prices may be updated at any time; however, the price confirmed at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.
mewt accepts the following payment methods. No additional fees or surcharges will be applied based on your choice of payment method:
For international orders (when available), prices may be shown in an alternative currency for reference. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees independently of mewt.
Unless separately agreed, mewt will dispatch orders within 5 working days of the order date. If payment is received in advance, necessary shipping preparations will be completed within 3 business days of receipt of payment. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Estimated domestic delivery time is 3 to 5 business days via CJ Logistics. Free shipping is available on all orders.
If mewt fails to meet the stated delivery timeline, mewt will compensate for resulting damages, unless mewt can demonstrate the delay was not caused by its fault or negligence. mewt is not responsible for delays caused by carrier operations or circumstances beyond our control.
International shipping is not currently available. mewt intends to offer international delivery in the future and will update these Terms accordingly. Customers located outside the Republic of Korea may be unable to complete a purchase at this time.
In accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률), customers in the Republic of Korea have the right to cancel a purchase within 7 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@mewtwear.com with your order number within this 7-day window. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 3 calendar days of receiving return instructions, with tracking information sent to us. Items shipped after this period, or returns without tracking proof, may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following circumstances:
Where any of the above limitations apply, mewt will clearly indicate them on the product page or at the time of purchase. If such notice is not provided, the limitation may not be enforced.
If you receive an item that is defective or different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@mewtwear.com with your order number and a description of the issue. You may do so within 7 days of receipt for a prompt resolution, or within the timeframes specified in Section 13.1 where the item differs from its description or advertisement. mewt will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund at your choice.
If a return is initiated due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. If the return is due to a defect or error on the part of mewt, mewt will cover the return shipping cost. The party responsible for shipping fees in each scenario will be clearly communicated to you.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days of mewt receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Where payment was made by credit card or electronic money, mewt will immediately request the relevant payment provider to suspend or cancel the charge.
If a refund is delayed beyond this period, mewt will pay interest on the overdue amount at the rate specified in the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce for the number of days delayed.
By separately checking the marketing consent box at checkout, you agree to receive promotional messages from mewt via SMS and KakaoTalk, including new arrivals, exclusive offers, and collection updates. This consent is entirely voluntary and separate from your agreement to these Terms.
The marketing consent checkbox will not be pre-selected. Declining to consent will not affect your ability to place an order or use the website.
You may withdraw consent at any time by following the opt-out instructions included in each message or by contacting us at contact@mewtwear.com. Transactional messages related to your orders (such as confirmations and shipping updates) will continue regardless of your marketing preferences.
mewt will not send unsolicited commercial messages to customers who have not provided consent.
mewt will destroy personal information once the purpose of collection has been fulfilled, within the retention periods required by applicable law. Where law requires records to be retained (for example, transaction records for up to 5 years under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce), information will be held only for that legally required period and then destroyed. mewt bears full responsibility for any damages resulting from loss, theft, unauthorized disclosure, or alteration of personal information.

mewt will not engage in conduct prohibited by law or contrary to public order, and will make its best efforts to provide products and services consistently and reliably in accordance with these Terms.
mewt will maintain appropriate security measures to protect your personal information, including credit information, in connection with your use of the website.
mewt will not engage in false or misleading advertising. If any such conduct is found to have caused damages to a customer, mewt will compensate accordingly.
All content on mewtwear.com, including text, photography, graphics, logos, product designs, and the mewt brand identity, is the exclusive property of (주)플랜엠 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without mewt's prior written consent.
Where mewt uses content to which you hold a copyright, mewt will notify you in advance in accordance with mutual agreement.

mewt reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time within the bounds of applicable law. As detailed in Section 3, changes will be communicated with at least 7 days' notice (or 30 days for changes unfavorable to customers). Continued use of the website following the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
mewt takes customer feedback and complaints seriously. If you have a concern, please contact us first at contact@mewtwear.com so that we may attempt to resolve the matter directly and promptly. Where a prompt resolution is not possible, we will notify you of the reason and a projected timeline.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, customers in the Republic of Korea may request mediation through the Korea Fair Trade Commission or a dispute conciliation body designated by the relevant city or provincial authority, including the Electronic Commerce Dispute Mediation Committee (전자상거래분쟁조정위원회) or the Korea Consumer Agency (한국소비자원).
For customers outside the Republic of Korea (when international sales are available), applicable consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply where required by local law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any litigation arising from a dispute between mewt and a customer shall be brought before the district court having jurisdiction over the customer's address at the time of filing. If the customer's address or residence is unclear, or if the customer resides outside Korea, the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act shall apply.
